First of all, I would like to clarify that this is my first critique. The effect of wind is a good idea but not enough worked. For the effect to be successful, the lines should have been more and they should have reached the bottom of the image, just like in the manga. A little more than clouds (three or four) would give the sky a little more realistic, because someone who looks at drawing as a whole doesn't notice that this is a sky as background, although the most important is this frog blown by a gust.

Besides those "two minor defects", it's a magnificent work : nice colors, the meticulous attention to detail and funny. Clearly, good job.
